The permanent staffing is a model where the requirement of a client will be matched with the candidate's skill-set and if selected will be employed within the client organization. We identify the right candidate from our database or from the market. We assess them for the required skills with standard assessment tools and also understand the candidate's interest on the job before referring them to an employer.

The temporary staffing is the new concept which has started becoming popular for short term assignment and also for specific requirements. We understand budgetary constraints for small assignments; to fill up this gap we have this solution.

Contracting gives the client a continuous supply of resources for their needs and these resources will be employed by us on our payrolls. It assures the employer with human resource availability for the defined period.
